Pricing

Fixed prices, agreed before we start

Video editing is usually quoted by the hour, which means nobody knows the final number until the invoice arrives. We quote a fixed price for a written scope instead - so the figure you approve is the figure you pay.

Free sample edit

New clients get a short section of their own footage edited at no cost, so you can judge the quality on your material before any money moves.

Hourly work

For open-ended or exploratory work we bill at $30/hour with a $25 minimum, tracked transparently. Most clients prefer the fixed-price packages.

Volume pricing

Full courses and ongoing channels are quoted per batch. The more consistent the format, the lower the per-video price.

What moves the price

No hidden variables

Four things determine what a project costs. Tell us where yours sits and we can usually give you a number the same day.

Get a fixed quote
  • Finished runtime - what the viewer ends up watching
  • Raw-to-final ratio - how much footage we work through to get there
  • Graphics load - plain cuts cost less than animated explainers
  • Turnaround - rush work reserves capacity we would otherwise book out

Simple terms

How do I start a project with you?

Send us a brief through the form on our contact page. Include what the video is for, roughly how long the raw footage runs, your deadline and your budget. You will have a written scope, a fixed price and a delivery date back within one business day.

Do I really need to tell you my budget up front?

It helps a great deal. Knowing your budget lets us shape the scope around it instead of sending a quote that misses by a mile. If your budget will not cover what you have described, we tell you honestly and offer a smaller scope that will work.

Is there a trial before I commit?

Yes. For new clients we edit a short sample from your own footage - usually up to five minutes - so you can judge the quality before any money changes hands.

How do I send you large video files?

Whatever suits you: Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, Frame.io or a direct upload link we provide. Just share the folder and we will pull everything from there.

Not sure which package fits?

Send us the brief with your budget and we will tell you honestly what it will and will not cover.
