How it works

Share the details and the budget. We take it from there.

Most editing studios start with a call and end with a surprise invoice. We do the opposite: you tell us the scope and the budget once, and you get a fixed price and a delivery date before anything begins.

Send the brief and your budget

One form. Tell us what the video is for, roughly how long the footage runs, when you need it and what you have budgeted. No discovery call needed.

We scope it and quote a fixed price

Within one business day you get a written scope, a fixed price that fits your budget, and a delivery date. If the budget will not cover the ask, we say so and offer options.

We edit, you review

You upload the footage to any drive you like. We edit, then send a timestamped review link. Your notes come back on the same link - no long email threads.

Delivered, with the source files

Final exports in the formats you need, plus caption files and project files if you want them. Two revision rounds are included in every project.

In detail

What happens at each stage

1. The brief

The form takes about two minutes. The four things that matter most: what the video is for, roughly how much footage there is, when you need it, and what you have budgeted. Everything else we can work out together.

  • No account to create, no call to book
  • Attach a style reference if you have one

2. Scope and quote

Within one business day you get a written scope - what we will do, what we will not, what we need from you - with a fixed price and a delivery date. If your budget will not cover the ask, we say so plainly and offer a version that fits.

  • Free sample edit for new clients
  • Pay through our invoice, Upwork or Fiverr

3. Footage handover

Send files however suits you - Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, Frame.io or an upload link from us. Share your brand assets in the same folder and we will build the styling around them.

  • No file size limits on our side
  • NDA signed before handover if you need one

4. The edit

We cut, clean the audio, grade the picture, add the graphics and captions, and quality-check the result against your brief. Longer projects get a first-lesson preview early, so the style is agreed before we commit to the whole set.

  • Progress updates on every working day for large projects
  • Style locked on a sample before bulk work starts

5. Review

You get a review link where you can leave notes on the exact frame. We work through them in one pass and send the next cut. Two to three rounds are included, depending on your package.

  • Timestamped comments, not email threads
  • Small fixes never become extra invoices

6. Delivery

Final exports in every format you asked for, plus caption files and - if you want them - the native project files. We keep a backup of the project for 90 days in case you need a change later.

  • MP4, MOV, SRT/VTT and platform-specific exports
  • 90-day project backup on our side
What we need from you

A good brief saves a revision round

You do not need a script or a storyboard. But the more of this you can tell us up front, the closer the first cut lands.

  • Who the video is for and what they should do after watching
  • Where it will be published and any platform requirements
  • A reference video whose style you like - even a rough one
  • Logo, fonts and brand colours if you have them
  • Anything in the footage that must stay in, or must come out
  • Your real deadline, not a padded one

Ready when you are.

Send the brief and your budget. A fixed quote and a delivery date come back within one business day.
