This policy explains what information VideoCutStudio collects when you visit videocutstudio.com or contact us, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language and only collect what we need to quote and deliver your video projects.

Who we are

VideoCutStudio is a video editing studio run by Amrita Chandra Das from Noakhali, Chattogram Division, Bangladesh. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, write to amrita@videocutstudio.com.

Information you give us

  • Project brief form. Your name, email address, company, the service you are interested in, budget, deadline, footage details and project description. Each brief is saved securely in our website dashboard and emailed to us so we can reply.
  • Email and WhatsApp. Anything you choose to send us when you write to us directly. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
  • Footage and project files. The recordings, slides, audio and other material you share for editing.

We use this information only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver and support your project, and keep ordinary business records. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Your footage stays confidential

Footage and files you share are used only to complete your project. We do not publish them, reuse them in our portfolio, or share them with anyone outside the project without your written permission. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send anything, and if you would like your files deleted once the project is complete, tell us and we will confirm when it is done.
